I have coached many clients with various needs, particularly in the field of education, where I have over 44 years of experience.
I am an accredited Coach with training from 'Growth Coaching International' and I also have accreditation with 'EMCC' (European Mentoring and Coaching Council) at Practitioner level.

Dr. Mark McKergow is an international speaker, trainer, consultant, and author, as well as co-director of sfwork - the Center of Solutions Focus at Work- based in Edinburgh, Scotland. He has written 6 bookstand dozens of articles on applying Solution Focused ideas with organizational and coaching practices. His publications include The Solutions Focus (with Paul Z. Jackson, with a revised edition in 20240 and Solutions Focus Working (with Jenny Clarke).
A global pioneer in "hosting as leadership", Mark is the author of
Host:Six new roles of Engagement (with Helen Bailey, 2014) and The Host Leadership Field Book (2019). He is widely recognized for his ability to make complex ideas simple and practical, combining scientific rigor with an energetic, accessible style.
His more recent books include Hosting Generative Change (2020) and The Next Generation of Solution Focused Practice (2021). Mark is also the editor of the Journal of Solution focused Practices (journalsfp.org) and writes weekly on Substack in his publication Steps to A Humanity of Organization, which is free to read and subscribe.
Through his groundbreaking work in Solutions Focus to a global audience, Mark has helped create new paradigms and communities in more than 25 countries worldwide.
